It’s a little after 930 PM. I’m watching some Ultimate Fighter and it’s the night before my off road 10k race. Tomorrow is another big day for me. I am not a long distance runner. Yeah, I think six miles is long – for now anyway. I’m still trying to get my 5k time [...] Yesterday I finally got my runner Baptism. I bought a pair of compression sleeves for my calves. It’s the running equivalent of shaving your legs for the first time in cycling – well at least I think so. I bought a pair from Running Wild in Fort Lauderdale for $41.
