These races are fun and not hyper competitive (although you can always make them so if you so choose) – definitely something different from your standard South Florida road race. With the occasional stream crossing thrown in, expect to get wet. The friendly atmosphere is great. Expect to talk to your competition afterward. When’s the last time you talked to someone at a race?
